Our flagship product, XaitPorter, is a complete, all-in-one cloud-based co-authoring solution that changes the way enterprise customers collaborate globally.
We are specifically looking for a Senior Developer with deep expertise in PHP, deep understanding of modern PHP frameworks and best practices for large-scale applications.
What You'll Do:
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance of our SaaS solutions.
Design, develop, and implement new systems, features, and core functionality, primarily leveraging PHP and related technologies for the back-end logic.
Mentor and train junior colleagues, offering technical guidance and professional support to team members.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into innovative SaaS features and products.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and quality standards.
Actively participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and help shape our technical roadmap.
Perform root cause analysis of complex technical and process issues to ensure system stability and performance.
Research and evaluate new technologies to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings.
Who We're Looking For:
A highly motivated and adaptable Developer with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-evolving field.
Possess a solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
Have a proven track record of developing and deploying robust and scalable PHP applications (minimum of 5 years of professional experience is highly valued).
A strong background in automated testing methodologies and a commitment to software quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
A collaborative team player with strong communication skills, capable of working effectively across all levels of the organization.
