You understand that onboarding a new customer is not just a technical setup; it is a project-managed journey that requires clear direction, empathy for the user's "old ways," and the ability to command a room (virtual or physical).
Xait is growing, and we’re looking for a Solution Specialist to join our team in Stavanger.
In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding, training, and driving user adoption of XaitPorter—helping customers succeed in managing complex, collaborative document processes.
As a Solution Specialist, you will work closely with customers who rely on XaitPorter to manage tenders, proposals, and other business-critical documents.
A central part of your role will be to train and onboard users, ensuring they understand not just the tool, but how to improve the way they collaborate, structure content, and deliver under pressure.

What You Will Be Doing
Onboarding & Training (Core Focus)
Lead onboarding of new customers and users, delivering and creating training tailored to teams working with tenders, proposals, and complex documentation.Drive User Adoption
Help users transition from traditional tools (e.g. Word-based processes) to more structured and collaborative ways of working.Process & Best Practice Guidance
Advise customers on how to structure their work, manage contributions from multiple stakeholders, and improve efficiency.Customer Support & Product Expertise
Provide hands-on support while building deep expertise in how XaitPorter is used in real-world scenarios.Collaboration Across Teams
Act as the vital link between customers and our Product/Development teams, sharing insights that improve both the product and the customer experience.
Who Are We Looking For?
We believe this role is a great fit for someone who has first-hand experience with the challenges our customers face.
You might today be working as:
Customer Success Manager or Implementation Specialist with a heavy focus on user adoption.
Corporate Trainer or Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist within the Energy, Construction, or Engineering sectors.
Technical Project Manager who thrives on the "onboarding" phase rather than just the backend.
Bid/Proposal Manager who has become the "go-to" person for teaching the rest of the team how to use tools and improve workflows.
Or in another role where you manage large, collaborative documents under tight deadlines
Your traits and skills:
Command the Room: You are an engaging presenter who can read an audience, pivot when they look confused, and handle tough questions with professional grace.
Project Navigator: You don't just "do" tasks; you manage the onboarding timeline, keeping both internal and external stakeholders accountable and excited.
Translate "Tech" to "Task": You have the ability to explain why a feature matters to a user’s specific daily workflow, not just how to click the button.
Psychologically Minded: You understand the resistance people feel when changing software and know how to coach them through the transition.
Meticulously Structured: You enjoy the administrative side of project management, including tracking milestones, documentation, and follow-ups.
Bilingual: You speak and write Norwegian and English fluently.
Bonus points if you have:
Deep experience with XaitPorter or similar enterprise collaborative platforms.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or any recognised Training / Facilitation certification.
Change Management Experience: Knowledge of frameworks like ADKAR or similar to help users transition from manual to more structured workflows.
