Your Key Responsibilities
As a Support Associate, you will:
• Provide professional customer service and support for Xait’s software applications and other related support topics for both external and internal users.
• Act as Xait’s face and voice to end customers, responding to inquiries primarily via email using Zendesk.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive application support documentation.
• Conduct software error testing and manage ticket tracking and client communication.
• Support new and existing clients, including onboarding and providing guidance during implementation.
• Escalate issues within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure swift resolution.
• Support internal product-related requests and contribute to a shared support knowledge base.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative spirit when working across all levels of the organization.
Who Are You?
You are a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. You enjoy solving problems creatively and have a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Qualifications:
• A-level education, plus strong Mathematics and English GCSE results.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and independently.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Familiarity with software and technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a self-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to translate customer/user requirements into actionable user stories for developers.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Marketing, Business, or a closely related field.
• Some prior work experience.
Skills & Abilities:
• Ability to present information to groups both remotely and on-site.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally, to meet company goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Location
This role is based on-site at our Cheltenham office. A new, modern office space is planned for 2025.
