Your Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Service & Delivery, you’ll:

• Lead and develop a skilled team, ensuring effective resource allocation, recruitment, and skill development.

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on delivering exceptional results for our customers.

• Balance daily operations with strategic initiatives, setting clear priorities.

• Drive the enhancement of methods, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

• Oversee task execution and ensure effective use of platforms like Zendesk, Jira, and Monday.

• Act as an escalation point for critical issues, ensuring swift resolution and communication.

• Collaborate across teams to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven track record in leading service, delivery, or customer success teams.

• Solid background in process management and operational excellence.

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree.

• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.

• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Jira or Monday.

• Success in implementing improvements and change management.

This role is based on-site at our Cheltenham office. A new, modern office space is planned for 2025.
